Outdoor weddings
Pam’s Meadow, our outdoor ceremony space, includes a beautiful stone isle leading to a 16 x 20 multi-tiered ceremony altar with a metallic backdrop (or provide your own look). Below that are 25 benches with seating for 130. After dark Pam’s Meadow is brought to life with romantic string lighting. We also provide a speaker and microphone for your officiant and ceremony music at no cost to keep it easy and affordable. A short private walkway connects Pam’s Meadow directly to Historic Ann’s 1893.
Indoor Weddings and Receptions
The main floor of Historic Ann’s 1893 has two large adjoining spaces which flow into 2 additional rooms and a large hallway intended to serve as an indoor ceremony and/or reception space. The layout may be adapted for an indoor ceremony, formal dining, or more casual reception space. 75 may seat comfortably for an indoor ceremony. 88 on the main floor for a formal indoor diner. We’ve hosted as many as 150 people if a more casual event using both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Outdoor Receptions
We have three options for outdoor receptions:
Option 1. The ceremony space at Pam’s Meadow easily converts to a large outdoor reception area and dance floor. With a few trusted friends, the benches may be quickly moved into a horseshoe shape providing seating for those who would rather watch the dancing than participate. Option 2. The music/reception area directly behind the venue and adjacent outdoor garden, pergola, and bar, has room for a smaller reception.Option 3: USE BOTH!
We find this to be the most common setup for our clients. Most host the ceremony at Pam’s Meadow and then while guests are grabbing a bite to eat inside the venue, they move the benches converting the ceremony to a large reception space. Then the guests come back for special dances, toasts, and the send off. Once that has concluded, the space behind the venue is normally more popular as it is closer to drinks, food, bathrooms, and trash cans.
This space also has a plastic enclosure and 2 propane heathers that can help knock the chill off during cooler events.

Bride’s Floor
The Bride’s upstairs floor and salon provide a private and special place for the bride and bridal party to dress and be together in the time prior to the big event. This floor has a full private bath, kitchenette, and separate lounge room.
Garden Pathways
A short private walkway connects Pam’s Meadow directly to Historic Ann’s 1893. This area is full of beautiful foliage and is perfect for romantic imagery and ceremonial bridal walks.
Groom’s Floor
The Groom’s Basement is our hangout spot for the guys to dress, relax, recreate, and more! There is a changing area, a bar, a kitchen, and a gaming table which works for playing pool, playing ping pong, or for use as a dining room table.
Wrap Around Porch
The front porch is a classic. Feel free to work this space into any part of the weekend that you envision. Can be reconfigured to accommodate several large 60” round tables and/or cocktail tables for a classic Southern charm reception space.
Additional Spaces
In our main building, we have a plethora of rooms and decor for charming moments and images. Included in the main building are 4 bathrooms, 4 fireplaces, 3 kitchens, and a player piano.
