Historic Ann’s 1893 Single Event Party Pricing and Packages

Rental period is entry to exit and must include time for decorating, food prep, etc.., as well as tear down. Guests may not enter before their rental period begins and those who stay past their rental period must pay for the additional time. Minimum 3 hour rental for single events with 75 or less people. Events with more than 75 people must have a 4 hour minimum rental period.
